Records

Cloud : Login Records

The cloud login record modules let you view all user login records including those by your cloud tenant. To access the login records module click on Cloud > Records from the navigation. On the login records listing module, you may search for specific records by using the search option. In the search box, the following fields are required to search the records easily.

  • Username / Mac Address : The username of the user or Mac address of the device.
  • Type : Login or logout type.
  • Date From : Date selection.
  • Date To : Date selection.
  • NAS ID : Id of the NAS device.
  • IP Address : The IP address of the device.

In the search box, the following fields are required to search the records easily.

  • Username/Mac Address : The username of the user or Mac address of the device.
  • Type : Login or logout type
  • Date To : Date selection
  • NAS ID : Id of the NAS device
  • IP Address : The IP address of the device

Then the records will show according to each fields. The fields and functions are below.

FieldMeaning & Function
Login Date / TimeThe login time of the users.
Logout Date / TimeThe logout time of the users.
UsernameThe username of the account.
Total TimeThe Total session time of the users.
MAC AddrThe mac address of the devices the user use to connect to network.
ZoneThe zone of the devices/users.
NAS IDThe NAS ID user is connected to.
ReasonThe reason of the user disconnect the connection.* NOTE : Refer table below.
IP AddressThe ip address of the devices the user use to connect to network.
Traffic UseThe traffic utilized by users during the session.
ClassThe classification of the device such as phone, tablet or laptop.
BrandThe detected brand of the user devices such as Apple, Samsung or Huawei.
ModelThe model of the device such as iPhone or Galaxy S.
HostnameA label / unique name given to a device that connected to the internet.
Cloud IDA unique cloud id of the superuser / tenant.
Disconnect Reason List
Disconnect Reason MessageMeaning & Function
Admin ResetDisconnect cause by Admin action or Kiwire system platform script.
Call BackDisconnect so port can be use to call back user.
User RequestDisconnect request by user.
Idle TimeoutDisconnect due to exceed idle time out , value is set in Account > Profile.
Lost CarrierDisconnect due to user device is not longer detected in network.
Session timeoutDisconnect due to exceed allowed quota in profile associated with user, value is set in Account > Profile.
Traffic usedThe traffic utilized by users during the session.
Lost ServicesDisconnect due to device network connectivity is lost or drop.
